Join the Pre-Professional August Ballet Intensive
Each year many of NDT’s more advanced dancers travel to reputable dance programs around the country. We are proud that our NDT dancers are accepted into these prestigious programs, but of course, always happy when they are home.
To make sure that our serious dancers are continually challenged, NDT hosts an August Ballet Intensive specifically designed to keep pushing our dancers and helping them continue to grow. This late summer program also helps all of the dancers be ready for the start of our school season in September, which quickly moves into auditions for the NDT Pre-Professional Company and Nutcracker production.
The 2024 August, Pre-Professional Summer Ballet Intensive will be
August 19-22and August 26-29
Advanced Level Dancers* (*by invitation only)
3:30-7:30pm Ballet, Pointe, Variations, Stretch and Partnering
NDT Intermediate Ballet and Ballet 6 Level Dancers
3:30-7:30pm Ballet class, Pointe, Variations and Stretch
NDT Ballet Level 4 & 5
6:00-7:30pm Ballet class
NDT Ballet Level 2 & 3
4:30-6:00pm Ballet class
Registration Fee: There is a $40 Non-refundable registration fee. If you were registered for either of the two July Summer Dance sessions, this fee is waived. If you register for both weeks in August, NDT will apply the $40 registration fee to your 2024-2025 school year registration.
