All students must arrive on time for classes.  Arrival time 5-15 minutes prior to class is acceptable (please no earlier than 15 minutes before your class time).

There is no running or rough play in the studios, dressing rooms or common areas. 

Students and families need to be respectful of classes that are in session and keep noise levels in the common areas low. 

Family members are welcome to drop off students, but they are asked to leave the studio.  Family members may then come back 10 minutes prior to the end of class to observe through the observation window prior to pick up. 

Students must be picked up within 10 minutes of class ending time please. 

All items left behind ( clothing, shoes, water bottles, etc.) will be added to the lost and found.  If not claimed within 2 months, items will be discarded. 

Parking is located on the side of the building.  Please do NOT park across the street in the Sweet Pea or Construction parking lots.  They will tow your car. 

At the request of the local fire marshal, ABSOLUTELY NO DROP OFF, WAITING or PICK UP at the curb in front of the door.  This creates a risk for everyone inside the building in the event of an emergency. This rule is strictly enforced. 

All students entering the building must wear a cover up over their dance attire. This is required etiquette for the studio. No entering the building in just a leotard and tights.  

Please do not wear your dance shoes outside of the studio, and please do not wear your street shoes inside the studio.  This is especially important for our hip hop students.  You may NOT wear your regular day to day sneakers for Hip Hop class.

Students must be on time to class.  If you are going to miss class, please email Jodi@nunnbetterdance.com 

Any student arriving more than 15 minutes late for class will not be admitted into class. 

Students are REQUIRED to  wear class uniform or clothing guidelines for each and every class. No exceptions.

All students must be prepared by being dressed appropriately for class including having all proper shoes for classes and having hair neatly secured in a bun (for ballet classes) and pulled back in a ponytail for other classes. 

Absolutely no chewing gum in the studio at any time. 

If students bring snacks or water, please remind them to clean up after themselves. 

Food must be consumed ONLY in the snack room, NOT in the dressing rooms. 

Students who use bandages or tape their toes, must throw away their bandage wrappers and trash. 

NDT offers filtered water.  Students are encouraged to bring their own refillable bottle with them.  We took the time to put in this system to eliminate plastic bottles.  We do not want to replace the bottles with plastic cups.  Please have them pack a refillable water bottle each and every class. 

If you miss class, you may take a make-up class. Please contact the office to discuss which class you will be taking as a make up class.
